About the Role

As a Product Manager for Reinsurance Solutions at Extreme Event Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our reinsurance products and services. You will act as the voice of the client and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, actuaries, and sales professionals to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the broader reinsurance market.  

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and execution.
• Determine unmet and underserved market needs by conducting market research, client interviews and competitive analysis to identify high impact opportunities.
• Define product strategy and roadmap based on market insights, client feedback, and business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Act as a subject matter expert for reinsurance solutions, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Strengthen product and feature offerings using customer satisfaction and usage metrics to identify key differentiators and weaknesses in need of enhancement.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to reinsurance solutions.
