Engineering Manager – The Rewards

- Experience operating at a similar level with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and steam equipment within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of engineers.
- Organised and methodical with the ability to effectively plan and communicate to multiple departments within an organisation.
- Responsible for managing the site’s engineering team
- Responsible for setting the direction and priorities,
- Responsible for maintaining the site processing equipment & facilities with a focus on planned preventative maintenance.
- Review the PM works and scheduling as appropriate to contribute to production output.
- Be commercially aware of the costs of downtime and strive to operate best in class standards.
- Be involved with installation of new equipment and machinery.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
