We're on the lookout for a skilled Engineering Manager to lead and bolster our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager:

• Providing leadership to the team and managing development and progression
• Ensure efficient and effective operation structure to continue success.
• Review, recommend and approve contracts and estimates for engineering works.
• Develop and improve the site Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems to achieve reduction in downtime.
• Work closely with our Projects Manager, manage on-site project works to ensure they are delivered on time, to spec and in budget.

Requirements for the Engineering Manager:

• Proven leadership in a maintenance facility within in a fast moving, food production or manufacturing environment
• Education to degree level with electrical and/or mechanical engineering.
• Proven record of delivering performance improvements.
• Experience of CMMS systems.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation

• Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 per annum.
