Senior Estimator – Specialist Contractor – London – Flexible Working

I represent one of London’s premier contractors, they design, source, manufacture, install and advise on a range of surface packages across various applications and sectors, including commercial, residential, retail and hospitality.

• Worked on some of the most Well known & Prestigious Projects in London
• Projects: £30k - £10M

Services include:

Tiling & Stone, Bespoke Stone Manufacturing, Waterproofing and Underfloor Heating Systems, Render Systems, Façades and Cladding, Brick Slips, Screeding, Leisure Systems Design & Installation, Siliconing & Mastic, Stone Renovation & Restoration, & Hardscapes.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Commercial and Managing Director, you will be responsible to prepare accurate cost plans and detailed estimates, identifying true net cost, to enable my client to fulfil its business objectives. Being accountable for ensuring the finalised tender is properly signed off in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures. Receiving, acknowledging, and checking tender documentation, raising queries as necessary.
