Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a technical maintenance position located in Holborn.
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role is a static position within a large commercial property, offering an hourly pay of £28.00 Umbrella PAYE
08:00AM-17:00PM , Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- Execution of planned and reactive mechanical maintenance tasks
- Development and oversight of the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regime
- Ensuring adherence to all statutory building compliance standards
- Provision of technical support to the maintenance team, occupants, and landlord
About you as the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- Experienced HVAC engineer or mechanical maintenance technician
- Proficient in mechanical plant systems and air handling equipment
