Salary - £36,000
My client is an established company that specialises in producing made-to-measure bespoke products that are used in the manufacturing sector and they are now seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, your focus will be ensuring that production process failures are captured, quality checking completed products and assist with continuous improvement projects.
Quality Engineer Responsibilities;
- Ensuring that production process failures are captured
- Resolving customer quality issues
- Quality checking produced parts
- Assist with Continuous Improvement projects across the site
- Providing key support to the Senior Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer Requirements;
- Previous experience working within a Quality based position
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering would be advantageous
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
Based in Kidderminster this Quality Engineer opportunity is offering a competitive salary and is commutable from Worcester, Droitwich, Malvern, Bewdley, Stourport-upon-Severn, Bromsgrove and Hagley.
