Project Engineering Manager

We require a Project Engineering Manager to take the lead on our projects in the design phase (supported by the PM). Full time for circa 18 months. Some time required in Sellafield Site during the week .
Description of Duties:
Coordinate and manage multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver FEED and Detailed Engineering Packages
The work covers all disciplines, with the majority of work performed by Sub-Contractors. We have two projects for new buildings, demolition, decommissioning, CE&I & Mechanical Installs.
Dependant on the project size/complexity there would be a Costain Responsible Engineer for each discipline, and the PEM would then manage that integration.
Civils is the predominant discipline, but a discipline bias is not essential.
