My client is a property maintenance and installation service provider, which specialises in the servicing of gas central heating and hot water services to domestic, private, commercial landlords nationwide but are currently looking for Commercial / Combustion engineers to work in Surrey and surrounding areas due to a new contract they have secured.
The main function of this role will be to conduct service repair and maintenance work on Commercial Gas within a commercial environment including office blocks, banks, government buildings & schools
You will be responsible for providing both Planned and Reactive maintenance services along with the fault finding, diagnosing and commissioning of equipment, predominantly gas boilers although having good electrical knowledge is also required
In order to qualify in the application for this role, you must possess the following:
• Commercial / ACS certifications
• A proven track record of providing service, maintenance, commissioning and fault finding works on Commercial gas equipment
• A Full UK driver's licence
THE PACKAGE
In return my client offers an exceptional salary consisting of the following £48,000k – £55,000k plus Van; call out, overtime, 23days holiday and pension
