Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with one of the UK's largest and respected practices on the appointment of an Associate Town Planner for their team in central London. This is a permanent position.

Typically at your Associate Planner level, your role will involve managing your own workload, assisting the senior team fee earners, undertaking planning research and enquiries, drafting and finessing reports and planning submissions (site assessments, policy notes, applications, appeals, development plan representations and so on). Assisting with the management of the team's caseload and its business development activities

The company has multiple planning teams throughout the UK and London and there are 20 Planners in this team, providing plenty of opportunity for camaraderie and support.

In this role, you will act for a broad range of clients from housebuilders, developers and investment companies covering mixed use planning and urban regeneration, retail, residential, industrial and warehousing projects. These schemes will principally be in London, the South East and East area however the team also operates further afield in the UK.
