Job title: Paint Sprayers/Spray Painters required
Job location: /Manchester
Hourly pay rate: £17.35 per hour PAYE/ or £33k per annum plus overtime and benefits (once permanent)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Days, afternoons and Nights (flexibility required)
Hours per week: 37 standard plus overtime available at time and a half (plenty available)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months temporary possibly leading to permanent.
Role Summary:
This role will consist of the interior refurbishment or rolling stock passenger wheels, which will include preparation, masking, and spraying.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with your Team Leader at the start of your shift to ascertain what support is required.
* Your role will be primarily the prepping, masking and application of 2 pack paint systems and other paints type roles including the preparation and masking prior to applying the paint.
* The role requires the completion of any necessary paperwork and you must report any issues to your Team Leader.
* To understand all Standard Operating Procedures and work to these without exception, unless advised by management.
* Ensure the required daily workload is completed on time and to the customer and company standard.
* To carry out reasonable tasks as requested by your Team Leader/Production Manager in line with Company objectives.
Requirements:
* Previous paint spraying and prepping experience.
* Previous experience with 2 pack systems.
Pre-Requisites:
* You will be required to take a drug and alcohol test prior to starting the role.
