Our client are a leading security solutions provider specialising in CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join the team.

Job Description:
As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems for our clients across the West Midlands. You will lead a small team of engineers, ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
• Lead a small team of engineers, providing guidance and support as required
• Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Engineer, with expertise in CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
• Experience leading a team of engineers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving license
