Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Derby or Birmingham and your home (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts on projects attached to Water utility companies? Would you like to join one of the UK's leading technical engineering consultancies in the Water sector?
 
My client, one of the UK's leading technical engineering consultancies in the Water sector, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with the wider commercial team in managing water sector projects using the NEC form of contract.
 
You will work on clean & waste water, infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects attached to a water utility framework in the Midlands. Candidates must have Water sector experience and a working knowledge of NEC contracts.
 
You will be involved in projects from inception to completion and your role will involve cost reporting, completing tender documentation, providing procurement advice, and being the focal point of contact for the client.
 
You will work a 40-hour week and your time will be split between my client's office in Birmingham or the end client's office in Derby, and your home.
 
The ideal candidate will:
·Have experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Water sector.
·Have excellent NEC3 or NEC4 contract knowledge.
