Exciting Opportunity for an Engineer Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise four engineers and one apprentice to an effective level to maintain high standards of performance at all times.
• Manage client and building users expectations and to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Management of client relationship on a daily basis.
• Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met.
• Be responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
• Be responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.
• Ensure that the site has adequate resource both labour and material to allow BS to complete contractual obligations.
• Assist with employee succession and recruitment when authorised by senior management.
• Effectively manage employee absenteeism.
• Assist in the preparation of all reports required by either client or BS management team.
• Represent CPM at all client meetings, as directed by line manager.
• Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase revenue.

What we are looking for:

• A fully qualified engineer with a track record of excellence and all the necessary certifications.
• A thirst for knowledge and a keen interest in commercial building systems – Electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, alarm systems, you name it!
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for working collaboratively with others and leading a team.
