• A leading Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services covering the UK.
Your new role
• Working Monday – Friday, 40 hour week, across a prestigious commercial site, based in Bank.
• 60% off the tools, 40% on the tools.
• Overseeing subcontractors, working closely with the client to get involved in meetings, improvements for the team, any escalations / facilities queries and more.
• Managing all compliance including logbooks, risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, quoting.
• Driving the team performance, technically assisting the team, dealing with sickness, holidays, toolbox talks, overseeing subcontractors etc.
• Supporting with hands-on maintenance including PPM's and reactive repairs.
What you'll need to succeed
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the FM / building services industry, carrying out the above duties.
- Have an electrical or mechanical trade background
- Managed a team of 2 or more engineers previously
- Looking to speak with candidates who are keen to continue progressing
