Overview: CB Staffing Group are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our clients team in Widnes 

As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for building, welding, assembling, and maintaining pipes and pipe systems. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use both hand and power tools. Please note this is a Commercial Pipefitter role

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine pipe layouts
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shapes using hand or power tools
- Weld or solder pipes together using various techniques such as Stick welding
- Install and plumb pipes in accordance with building codes and regulations
- Inspect and test installed pipe systems for leaks or defects
- Repair or replace damaged pipes or fittings as needed
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient project completion

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Pipefitting techniques, materials, and tools
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to Pipefitting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:

Monday- Friday £18-£24 per hour depending on experience
