Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for experienced Rail Project Engineers for; Track, Civils, Electrification & Plant and Signalling, working with senior members of the project team to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes in our robust pipeline of work in the rail sector. Drawing on your learnings from a successful engineering career, you will:

  • provide onsite engineering services and technical support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements
  • demonstrate leadership qualities which allow for mentoring of Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering
  • high level verbal and written communication skills
  • demonstrated experience on rail projects as a project engineer (CRE) with a main contractor
  • signalling, track, and/or E&P experience highly advantageous
  • excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
  • motivation to achieve value-for-money results
