MIG / TIG Welder

Location: Telford, Shropshire

Salary: £13.5 - £14.5 per hour + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, 12 Week Temporary to Permanent Contract

The Client:

Our client is a well-established manufacturer firm, offering a wide array of services including laser cutting, tubular laser cutting, CNC punching, and precision sheet metal work.

The Role:

As a MIG / TIG Welder, you will interpret engineering drawings and perform advanced welding on materials of varying thicknesses.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a MIG Welder, TIG Welder or in a similar role.
• Experience handling materials of diverse thicknesses.
• Capable to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Qualified or time-served welder.
• Skilled in MIG welding.
• At least 2 years of fabricating experience would be preferred.

Shifts:

Day Shift (39 hours):

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm

Night Shift (48 hours):

• Monday - Thursday: 4:30pm - 5:00am
