Fire Alarm System Service Engineer –

We are looking at investing in a Fire Alarm Service Engineer who wants to join a family orientated business with an excellent work life balance.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visiting customers’ sites to maintain fire safety systems, smoke vents, emergency lighting and disabled refuge in accordance with the relevant standard codes of practice and legislation, carry out remedial works to aid you in gaining valuable experience. Full training will be given if not familiar.
  • Provide advice and Information to customers once we have made sure you have had the relevant training.
  • Liaise with Colleagues and all other Company departments to help develop your skills and give the customer advice they may require.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Experience in this field is essential.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Sound electrical background preferred but not essential
  • Experience of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting.
  • Sound knowledge of the Standards, if not we will give training.
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to give excellent customer service.

  • Callout standby £125 then a minimum of £125 each time called out. If on site more than 3hrs overtime paid

Salary: Up to £40-50K per annum OTE (Depending on experience)
